Clearview Homes Limited was founded 26 years ago and has grown from a start-up company into an award winning medium-size developer.
Still run by its original founders Stephen Murphy and Ray Dias, Clearview Homes has seen year-on-year growth. The company specialises in purchasing brownfield sites within prominent West London locations and the surrounding Home Counties, either unconditionally or with planning consent, to deliver new homes with market prices currently ranging from £300,000 to around £1m. Clearview Homes aims to create developments which an owner will feel a sense of pride to live in and whilst building homes that look somewhat traditional from the outside, it embraces and includes emerging technologies inside and out.
Clearview Homes also works with local Housing Associations to deliver affordable accommodation as well as the emerging discounted market rent sector and the private rented sector. The company is also constantly looking for new land and development opportunities and will look at all sites with or without planning consent.
