The RESI Awards are the UK’s leading residential property awards, celebrating innovation, excellence and leadership across the residential property industry. Winners span developers, investors, operators and service providers recognised for outstanding projects and impact.
The RESI Awards are open to organisations and individuals across the residential property industry, including developers, housebuilders, asset managers, operators, investors, consultants and professional advisers working in the UK market.
You can submit your entry online via the RESI Awards entry portal, which can be found here. Entries are free until 16 January 2026, after which a fee applies. Choose one or more of the 29 award categories that reflect your achievements.
Yes. Entry to the RESI Awards is free until 16 January 2026. After this date, a paid entry fee applies up until 30 January 2026. Early entry is encouraged to secure free submission and allow time to refine your entry. You can enter as many categories that are relevant to your organisation as you like. We encourage you to look at both the company and personalities awards to maximise your chances of success.
