Rebecca has 17 years of diverse experience across all real estate sectors. The last 6 years she has had a particular focus on operational residential markets. At BNP Paribas Real Estate she works closely with the Alternative market teams supporting them with research and data analytics. Prior to this role Rebecca worked at a Development Finance company supporting the loan originators on residential and student housing loan deals. She regularly writes articles and reports covering Build to Rent, Student Housing, Senior Living, Healthcare and Hotels. Rebecca is a member of the Society of Property Researchers.
