Craig joined Fresh as a member of the Executive Team in May 2021 to take up the newly created role of Strategy and Business Development Director. He is responsible for driving Fresh’s ambitious growth aspirations across the entire residential-for-rent market.
He was previously with University Partnerships Programme (UPP), holding a number of positions over nearly 8 years, most recently sitting on the Executive Leadership Team as Group Legal Director - heading up the Legal, Company Secretarial and Compliance functions, as well as serving as Head of Internal Audit. Craig’s vast experience over 20 years covers the real-estate and broader infrastructure sectors, both within the UK and globally. A qualified solicitor, he has performed a variety of roles in business development, legal, commercial, and compliance at Fresh, UPP, John Laing, Bouygues and magic-circle law firm Linklaters.
