James joined Mount Anvil in 2007. In recent years he’s been pivotal in negotiating some of our most complex deals, including Keybridge with A2Dominion, The Silk District with L&Q, and Friary Park with Catalyst (our first estate regeneration project).
As Land Director, James sources off-market development opportunities, building and enhancing long-term relationships with our partners.
James’s first taste of life at Mount Anvil was as a summer intern (he made a great cup of tea, apparently). Although these days he holds a Business Management & Urban Development Degree and a Masters in Quantity Surveying, some things haven’t changed – he’s still happiest exploring historic London, or in a proper pub with his family.
