Keon Homes was formed by Richard Williams, Warren Bolton, and Noel Sweeney in 2019 after they spotted an opportunity in the market for a developer who could provide much-needed affordable housing and care schemes.
The following four years have seen the Burntwood-based firm grow into a £28m business, employing 40 core staff and a £112m secured pipeline of landmark residential and extra care deals across the East and West Midlands.
