Guy has over 25 years’ experience in the residential development, new homes and asset management industry. He joined Urban Splash in September 2015 and is responsible for the development, sales, customer care and asset management areas of the business.
Prior to joining Urban Splash, Guy was a Director at King Sturge/ JLL for over 10 years where he established the residential agency business in Leeds in 2004 specialising in development consultancy, land, investment, valuation, development sales, lettings and residential property management.
