Now in the twilight of his career, Andres has been involved in most facets of the residential investment marketplace but, with the greatest pride and pleasure, specialising in reversions (properties that were non-income-producing life tenancies). As an asset manager, he has managed over 4000 such properties throughout the UK.

As head of Shoosmiths’ Living Sector, Catherine advises on a broad range of real estate transactions for privately-owned development companies, entrepreneurs, PLCs and household names, and has significant experience of acting on residential development schemes. Prior to joining Urban Splash, Guy was a Director at King Sturge/ JLL for over 10 years where he established the residential agency business in Leeds in 2004 specialising in development consultancy, land, investment, valuation, development sales, lettings and residential property management.

Henry has more than 15 years’ experience in strategic communications within the property sector. He works primarily with developers, investment managers and consultants, helping them engage with potential investors, tenants, customers, partners, communities and other stakeholders in ways that resonate, achieve business objectives and create positive change.

Jacqui joined Savills in 2006 from the research team at DTZ. She holds a PhD in Real Estate Appraisal and continues her involvement and association with UK Real Estate academia. She is Vice Chair of the British Property Federation’s Residential Policy Committee, a member of the Urban Land Institutes’ UK Residential Council and the Investment Property Forum (IPF), which provide her with a wide industry network.

Jane joined Fresh in 2010, laying the foundations for the company’s operational platform and playing a instrumental role in its continued growth and success. As a leader in the Build to Rent (BTR) and Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sectors, Jane oversees the day-to-day operations and is a passionate advocate for enhancing the social and wellbeing experiences of students and residents. Jason runs the development team currently responsible for the continued transformation of the 85 acre Wembley Park site.  In his role he leads on place making; design; planning; development; commercial leasing and BTR product.  He is also the director responsible for new business origination and acquisition.

Jason has over 25 years development experience and prior to Quintain he worked at Stanhope plc as Development Director for 11 years actively involved in pre-development, development and new business.  At Stanhope, Jason’s focus was on large scale mixed-use regeneration.  Prime schemes included the 2 million sq ft Ruskin Square scheme in Croydon in partnership with Schroders and the 1.5 million sq ft Station Hill scheme in Reading with Benson Elliot.  Prior to Stanhope he was Development Director at Chelsfield plc, responsible for the regeneration of the 40 acre White City site, now Westfield London, which at the time was the largest new build urban shopping centre in the UK and the largest single institutional forward funded deal in Europe at £1.35Bn.

Jason is a chartered engineer and an active committee member of both the British Council of Offices and the British Property Federation.

Joined ISHA in April 2024 where he has responsibility for all development and sales activity and the commercial portfolio. Jerome has been working in residential development for over 30 years including running his own consultancy and as a PLC Director at Telford Homes and for almost 20 years at L&Q as Executive Director of Development and Sales. He has extensive experience across the development space and has also has corporate experience of mergers and acquisitions and creating successful new business streams and new partnerships.

Responsible for the North region of London Square overseeing and driving acquisitions, design and delivery, building homes of all tenures, with a new focus on prime - acquisitions including Westminster Tower, Brook Green and Tite Street, Chelsea. Jo joined London Square in 2020 as Sales and Marketing Director, moving to Group Sales and Marketing Director the following year, leading the team to achieve record results. In June 2023, Jo was promoted to regional Managing Director.

John German is a Managing Director in the Alternative Investment Team at Invesco Real Estate (IRE). John is responsible for spearheading the firm’s European residential expertise and investments in Europe for global institutional investors and for assisting in the development of strategies within the alternatives sectors. Since his arrival at Invesco Real Estate, the firm has concluded several European residential investments and student in the UK, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, France, Ireland, Denmark Italy and the Czech Republic. This is building on IRE’s existing expertise in the multi-family sector in the US and Asia where IRE has over 30 years’ experience. It is one of few real estate managers able to offer global residential expertise. John began his investment career in 1987 and joined Invesco Real Estate in 2013.

Prior to joining Invesco, he spent 12 years at Grosvenor, where he was the head of residential strategy and was previously at Aberdeen Property Investors as director of residential fund management. In these roles, John raised, invested and managed c.€200m in two residential funds on behalf of UK and European institutional investors.

John has over 36 years’ residential industry experience covering transactions, developments, valuations as well as asset and property management on behalf of institutional investors. He is also skilled in investment in the wider universe of the student and serviced apartment sectors. John earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Rural Land Management and is a member of the British Property Federation (BPF) Residential Committee. At Invesco Real Estate. He is based in London.

John is commercial director for the commercial real estate team at Aldermore. He is responsible for developing new propositions and enhancing the customer journey to meet growing demand. John has 30 years’ experience in the industry having previously worked in a number of national roles at Bank of Scotland, CYBG and NAB.

Kimberley has worked in built environment communications for 15 years, spanning both in-house and agency roles. As Director at leading communications consultancy, ING Media, Kimberley’s work focusses on reputational and strategic advisory for clients in a cross-section of the property sector. A fluent German speaker, Kimberley began her career in financial PR and has held in-house roles at Arcadis and LLDC.

LJ is currently the Director of Operations at Outpost Management, a residential asset management platform currently managing over £1bn of real estate. With over ten years of operations experience across asset classes, LJ's current portfolio includes the world's largest co-living scheme, as well as London's most premium rented BTR development. LJ has worked for the likes of Greystar, Society, and various institutional PBSA providers. LJ holds an MSt. in U.S History from Oxford University.

Mark is a highly experienced banker having started his career at Barclays in the mid-eighties. He worked in the specialist property finance team there and during his career has written more than £2bn of property transactions across the UK and overseas. For the past six years, Mark has been the Managing Director of Beaufort Capital which provides development funding to experienced property developers for any Real Estate asset class anywhere in Great Britain. Mark has an MBA from Sheffield Business School and is a member of the Association of Property Lenders and the British Property Federation. In 2023, Mark was inducted into Property Week’s student accommodation Hall of Fame.

Mark Quinn has redefined what it is to be a developer. He has pioneered the delivery of major community gains, making development a force for good. Active across all sectors, the housebuilding arm, Quinn Homes, is now a major player, delivering houses, apartments, self-build plots and affordable homes.

Mark is an Executive Director –Chairman of UK Residential for CBRE. Celebrating over 40 years in the property industry, Mark is regarded as a leading figure in London residential, with a wealth of experience and contacts. He is a Fellow of the RICS and is the Chair of the U.K. Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Neil has over 25 years of experience in the living sector. He’s a pioneer in the Build to Rent sector, including setting up and being CEO of Get Living. Through his business, Young Group, he now invests in and supports living sector businesses. This ranges from BtR and the wider PRS, student accommodation (both HMOs and PBSA), and new innovations focused on exploring new investment opportunities in the living sector.

Neil is a Founding Director of Cast and has 22-years’ experience within the Construction Industry working with many leading developers, housebuilders and contractors in the residential market. Neil has successfully delivered many projects over the course of his career – including major urban regeneration, strategic land, build to rent, later living, student accommodation, co-living, for-sale residential and commercial offices.

Neil has personal involvement across Cast’s portfolio of projects including leading on feasibility & viability setting, establishing core strategy, vetting cost outputs, leading procurement, contract negotiation and service quality assurance. Nick is an Architect and Managing Executive Director at Whittam Cox Architects. He has worked in Architecture for over twenty-nine years, primarily focussing on urban living projects in all forms. He has a particularly strong interest in the continual evolution of student living design and the maturing Built to Rent sector. With experience across both private and public sectors his knowledge of multigenerational rental living brings a unique, invaluable, and often innovative approach to projects, to ensure maximum value is achieved throughout all aspects of the design and construction process. Nick is a strong advocate of sustainability and has a passion for innovation including the application of design to improve outcomes in Modern Methods of Construction.

Rebecca has 19 years of diverse experience across all real estate sectors. The last 7 years she has had a particular focus on operational residential markets leading on Research for the Living sectors at BNP Paribas Real Estate, including Healthcare, Senior Living, Build-to-Rent, and Student Housing. She works closely with the market teams supporting them with research, data trends, analytics and thought pieces. Rebecca trained in the real estate sector at the well-regarded IPD, now MSCI. Richard is a leading property industry figure and senior adviser for business and policy makers in the residential and mortgage markets. He has a valuable blend of insight and skills from a detailed knowledge of the housing and mortgage markets to how technology is shaping the housing market for businesses and consumers.

Sean is passionate about real estate development with an open and honest approach underpinned by a commitment to genuine collaboration and creative problem solving. In the past 27 years he has accumulated extensive experience in Design, Development and Project Management across multiple sectors and asset classes having held a number of senior and executive management positions in both Client Developer, Family Office and Global consultancies.

Prior to leading on JLL’s residential and living strategy, Simon ran their land and development business for 15 years transacting some of the capitals largest land transactions at Canada Water and Nine Elms and has acted a strategic advisor to local and national government. Simon sits on the Housing Expert panel for NLA and achieved an MSc in Cities from London School of Economics in 2018.

Steve is an experienced development advisor & land agent having held senior positions throughout his career with extensive knowledge within London and the Southeast. Steve has a focus in development and planning and has over 20 years’ experience in UK real estate having advised several clients, including pension funds, institutions, PLCs, charities, public sector bodies and individual landowners, on how to maximise the value of their assets.

Susan is a real estate partner at law firm Mishcon de Reya. An experienced real estate lawyer, her in-depth understanding of the property market, the emerging world of tech and her business training as a Sloan Masters MSc (London Business School) graduate, combined with a wide circle of contacts is an effective combination. She is listed in Property Week's Women's Power List, which describes her as "a world-class networker" with "a contact book full of CEOs".

In 2021, Susan received an honorary doctorate from the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) in recognition of her contribution to the built environment. She is on the board of Central District Alliance, the Holborn and surrounding area's Business Improvement District and chairs its Property Group and is on the advisory boards of real estate investment company Seaforth Land and of flexible working company Work.Life. Vivienne is the Head of Real Estate at The Good Economy (TGE). She has held leadership positions in real estate for more than 30 years having worked in urban development, regeneration and management, joint venture partnerships, strategy development and ESG. With a strong track record advocating for environmental and social sustainability, she is now focused on supporting real estate businesses achieve their social impact ambitions.

Prior to joining TGE, Vivienne was the CEO of Revo, a retail property trade association, where she pivoted the business to handle the economic shock of lockdowns and worked with Government to secure a fair deal for property owners, whilst also leading the development of tools to equip the industry to meet accelerating change, including Revo’s social value framework. She also served as the CEO of Soho Housing Association which provides affordable homes and supports local needs in London’s West End. In her four years there she led approximately £30 million in urban investment and development transactions and played a key role shaping sustainable growth through stakeholder engagement at the community level.

Over 20 years of Vivienne’s career was in £14 billion institutional real estate investor, the Crown Estate where she was a member of the executive committee. During this time she was responsible for leadership of its corporate ESG strategy and its innovative measurement tool – Total Contribution. She also oversaw the Scottish business, leading its de-merger to the Scottish Government, and was a key contributor to the growth of the Crown’s indirect investment portfolio, now worth £1.3 billion. Vivienne is a co-founder of Real Estate Balance and continues to work with industry leaders to drive cultural change and improve equality, diversity and inclusion in real estate. Vivienne was inducted into the Property Week Hall of Fame in 2023 for her work for the real estate industry.
