Entering the Awards
Yes. You can submit entries into multiple categories, provided each entry is tailored to the criteria of that category and supported by relevant evidence.
Yes, the same project may be entered into more than one category where appropriate. Each submission should clearly explain how the project meets the specific category criteria.
Entries typically require a written submission outlining objectives, delivery, outcomes and impact, supported by evidence such as data, visuals, testimonials or case studies.
You can edit your entry up until the entry deadline. Once submissions close, entries are final and passed to the judging panel.
Entries submitted after the free entry deadline will incur a paid entry fee. Late submissions may not be accepted, so early entry is strongly recommended.
Judging & Criteria
All entries are judged by an independent panel of senior industry experts. Judges assess submissions based on quality, innovation, impact, and how effectively the entry addresses the award criteria.
Judges are leading professionals from across the residential property sector, selected for their expertise, credibility and independence. The judging panel is published on the RESI Awards website.
Judges look for clear evidence of excellence, strong outcomes, innovation, and demonstrable impact. Well-structured submissions with measurable results tend to perform strongly.
Yes. Judges are independent and recuse themselves from reviewing any entries where a conflict of interest may exist.

If a project spans multiple areas, you may choose the category where its impact is strongest, or submit multiple tailored entries across relevant categories.
Yes. The RESI Awards welcome entries from organisations of all sizes, including start-ups and emerging businesses.
Finalists & Winners
The finalist list will be announced in February 2026.
Finalists receive recognition across Property Week and RESI Awards platforms, access to networking opportunities, and use of the ‘RESI Awards Finalist’ logo.
Winners are revealed live at the RESI Awards ceremony and announced across digital and media channels following the event.
Awards Ceremony
Tickets typically include access to the ceremony, drinks reception, dinner and entertainment. Full details are published closer to the event.
